Chocolate!

My daughter's pre-school is collecting donations for a family dinner and each class is collecting items for baskets for a specific theme. How excited I was to find out our theme was chocolate! Another excuse to pull out my "Eat Chocolate" stamp set! These are some of the items I made to donate! So quick and so easy! I hope you feel more inspired than hungry!

These were our Valentines from Nora for neighbors and friends. They were quick and easy. A little designer series paper wrapped around Hershey's nuggets and put in a bag. A 4x4 square of real red dry embossed with the polka dot embossing folder and the big shot folded in half as a topper. A little white organza ribbon wrapped around the top with a white heart punched on red layered on top! Quick easy, cute and loved by all! What a great idea for you to use for any occasion! Shop now on my website to look at all of the great designer series papers, stamps and punches available for your next wow idea!

BIG news

These cards are dedicated to my little sister-my hero, who just got the news this week that she is 5 years cancer free! Can I get a WOO HOO friends? I donated these as thank you cards for her relay for life fundraising efforts! She is AMAZING and I so proud of her and her fighting spirit! She has twice survived this monstrous disease and now she has beat it!

For you stampers who would like to CASE this card, the card itself just uses designer series paper. This is retired cottage wall as she needed purple for the cause of cancer itself. I just used a ribbon loop and affixed it with a brad. Easy peasy! The inside is stamped with hope happens, which is from the stamp set, "Hope Happens."

The envelope (If you stamp with me, you know I have a no naked envelope rule;) is stamped in pink with, "Ribbon of Hope," and love life, live life comes from the "You're a Gem" stamp set in the new mini.

Congratulations Rachelle and thank you for being an inspiration to me and so many others. We love you!

February Card Class-

By the time February 23rd is here and we are creating these beautiful cards, Valentine's Day will have passed. But for me, this month is truly about thinking of others. So that is what the focus of the sentiments of these cards is all about! Join us and choose your sentiment to see how you want to show how you care about the others in your life.

February Card Class:
February 23rd, 2011
9:30am and 7:00pm
1613 Woodstream Lane
Allen, TX 75002

Class Fee-$20 to create 12 handmade cards-3 each of 4 designs featured below.

This sweet card uses two new sets-one from our spring mini-"You're a Gem," and one from our Sale-A-Bration catalog- "Bliss." I just love this card!

Since Texas hasn't been behaving like Texas... I decided if you can't beat 'em -join 'em, so this features our "Northern Flurry" embossing folder and "A Word For You" stamp set.

Of course, I couldn't resist playing with our "Eat Chocolate" set once again! This features my mantra, "I would give up chocolate, but I'm no quitter!" Ain't that the truth, and I have the hips to prove it!

These subtle springtime colors feature another stamp available through our Sale-A-Bration promotion-"Elizabeth." I just love the elegance and versatility of this stamp. If you come to this class, you will make one card of each of the above colors and YOU can choose from a variety of sentiments!

I truly hope to see you here!
