A Whole New World

My kiddo loves mermaids.  She is learning to play, "A Whole New World" on the piano, and had a mermaid party last year for her sixth birthday.  So, as you can imagine, I was not at all surprised to when we decided to paint and decorate her bathroom that she chose a mermaid shower curtain.

So, of course, Mommy wanted something hand made to go in there and I found these super cute and super reasonable frames at IKEA that just screamed for me to make a mermaid!

Here she is!  What do you think?

Aren't they cute???? Again, the amazing Owl Builder Punch was put to good use!

'Happies'

Don't you love these sweet little candy holders??  We made these at stamp camp last Thursday and we have sweet stamper Lori to thank for her creativity and coordination!  When I give things like these to people, I call them happies!  It is not a big gift, but always brings a smile and makes people happy!  These are just Hershey's nuggets wrappe in DSP and placed in coordinating card stock.  Slip them in a clear bag, tie a ribbon and add a tag, and voila' you have a happy!

We also made this vibrant card at stamp camp!  i swear- all things are better with the bow builder punch!

Thanks again Lori for sharing these adorable projects!

Little Monsters

I made these cute little monsters for some cute little monsters in my family using the Owl Builder Punch! I hope they like them!

The sentiments are from the Amazing Birthday stamp set! I kept this card bright by using tempting turquoise, tangerine tango, cucumber crush and real red on whisper white! All of this is adhered to the base layer which is night of navy!

Owl Always Love You!

Is this the cutest card or what???? Admittedly, I have had the owl builder punch for a very long time, and admittedly, my usage has been minimal, but it is fast becoming my new favorite thing!  Stay tuned for more fun cards originating from this oh so very versatile punch!

It's Wild

Bermuda Bay, Pacific Point, Pool Party, and Old Olive make for a bright oceanic combo!

The strip is scrap that I had to cut off of the colored layer.

The It's Wild background stamp from the new catalog is not just for black and white zebra stripes!  It was the first stamp that I HAD TO HAVE from the new catalog, but it will not be the last I promise!

Butterfly Basics

Butterfly Basics makes for such a classic card!  I used the Pretty Petals DSP stack, the butterfly basics stamp set and framelits, as well as the Me = Grateful stamp set for the sentiment!  I sent these to Virgina for a Thank You swap I am in.

Build a Birthday

Flowers made with Cotton paper

The Cherry On Top Paper Stack is so bright and versatile!

Remember, all cards can be customized and sentiments are meant to meet your needs!
Hello Stampers-

Sorry, it has been awhile!  There has been quite a bit happening around here (nothing major, just the business of life!) but I am trying to get back on track! I have  a few posts scheduled, so check back for some great new cards and ideas!

I LOVE how this card came together!  I used items from the new catalog and am delighted to share them with you!  This card features our new in colors-specifically from the Cherry on Top paper stack as well as the Build a Birthday stamp set, our triple banner punch (a must have I promise) and our brand new cotton paper!  I used the new cotton paper to make the flowers and I have to say, it was a dream to work with!

I hope you-and the recipients- love it as much as I do!
