September Stamp-A-Stack

This month we will make a seasonal thank you card, a beautifully layered birthday card and a special all occasion card!

The floral birthday card was designed especially for my sweet sister for her 39th birthday! It uses the floral framelits, Itty Bitty Banners stamp set and framelits! It also uses New Edition DSP! This card reminds me of her elegance, strength of spirit and brightness! I hope she likes it!

The thank you card just emanates fall and aptly uses the "Wonderfall" stamp set and "autumn accents" die! Who wouldn't love to receive this card?

Last, but certainly not least, the all occasion card features one of my favorite stamp sets, "Just Believe." while making this card, we will learn what a little water can add to a card!

Fall Swap Card

I think autumn is such a beautiful time of year! Here in Texas, we actually have had weather that has begun to fill like fall much earlier than usual, so my card making has turned to fall hues and themes!

This card features the "Day of Gratitude" stamp set which is one of my personal favorites. It uses the Stacked Stamping technique and shows off the beauty of our new espresso embossing powder!

Introduction to Shannon's "Just Cards" Buffet Class

I'm introducing a new event in my monthly schedule and I know you're just gonna love it!  A Card Buffet is going to be so much fun, come when you can and leave when you must.  Make one card OR as many as you can.  It's up to you! 

Date:  Thursday, October 11
Time:  6:30 PM - 9:3­0 PM (open house style)
Fee:  $2.50 per card (additional .25 cents per corresponding envelope)

Do you wanna just make cards? Is your card stash getting slim? Then this is the class for you!

Just like a food buffet, you can pick and choose which cards you'd like to make, and how many of them.  Just to give you an idea of how it will work, you can make one of each card or 5 of just one; it's all up to you.  Cards are priced at $2.50 ea, with envelopes available for .25 cents ea.  All supplies and tools are included!

Each month there will be at least 12 card original creations to select from and several designs that will be carried over to the next card buffet event. Varieties will include lots of birthday choices (as I know you want lots of theses), thank you's, sympathy, and seasonal occasions.

This event gives you CHOICES!  You choose your cards, budget, and time frame!  What could be better than that?

This event is open house style so decide when you can come and will be open from 6:30-9:30pm. (Clean up time is 9:30pm) Great event for beginners and experienced card makers alike!

Each card will be easy to make, yet delightful to give.

Catch the Christmas Spirit in September

 The "Tags 'Til Christmas" stamp set never looked prettier than it does now perched atop the "Candlelight Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper." 

 This gorgeous card shows off several fantastic items from the holiday mini.  The stamp set is from "Snowflake Soiree," the embossing folder used is "Holiday Frame," the snowflake is the "Snow Flurry" die for the Bigshot and the gorgeous ribbon is the 3/8 inch satin ribbon in gumball green and could be one of your Free choices if you should place an order of $40 or more!

 This card features the "Heart of Christmas" stamp, as well as "Watercolor Winter."  Doesn't it just put you in the Christmas spirit?  I love this sentiment!

Recipe Swap Fairy

This is a recent recipe swap I completed.  I hadn't signed up for this swap, but my downline and good friend Jenn had and someone had backed out so the 12 month recipe/calendar swap wouldn't have been complete with May's picnic swap recipe.  So she and I became swap fairies and whipped out 13 of these in about 2 hours!  As a result, everyone-including me now- will get 12 months of yummy and adorable recipes!  Yay!

August Stamp-A-Stack

I don't know about you, but this Texas summer heat has me wishing for a little fall! This beautiful card uses the new "Wonderfall" stamp set from the Holiday catalog and I will teach you how to "triple layer" stamp which creates the beautiful effect you see here!

This bright and airy card uses the "Moving Forward" stamp set as well as a lot of fun texture and color!  I have been having tons of fun with this stamp set-so much so that I will be devoting another blog entry to it!  The best part of this set is that for each stamp set purchased, Stampin' Up! will donate $3 to the Ronald McDonald House!  Now that's a win-win if you ask me!

Custom Orders: I thought this was common knowledge, but lately I've learned differently!  I am always happy to create, and making cards, banners, invitations, favors, or other craft items you may need is part of my job that I love!  Please, consider me for all your crafting needs!

Pricing:  You can look at samples as well as card pricing and banner pricing on my blog on the sidebar and other pricing is always open for discussion. (Customer does pay for shipping)  I love what I do and want to share what I love.

Ordering: Ordering couldn't be easier!  It's as simple as sending me an email or giving me a call!  I will take your order and discuss what you would like.  Orders can be as simple as the type of card, ie, birthday, thinking of you, thank you, sympathy, or be much more specific to meet your needs.  Let me know how soon you need your items and we can go from there!  Painless!
