Party Time

I wanted to share some pictures of my daughter's birthday party.

We had a lot of fun making the decorations and cupcakes!

She chose a Barbie themed painting party so we used pink, black and white.

I made each girl their own goody bag out of various designer series papers.

My daughter wanted to individualize each bag so we added an initial.

I wish I had taken a picture of the book mark and necklace she made for each of her friends!
It was fun to coordinate her birthday banner!  I used pearls (I found them on a ribbon roll at Hobby Lobby!) to string the banner which went perfectly with the theme!

Here is Nora at her 7th birthday party!  My mom and I even made her outfit!

I hope this inspires you!  I am available to help with your party planning needs too!

Back to School

Both my kiddo and I started back to school today. We made these cute little mini coffee cups for her teacher and my new team to give them a first day pick me up!

We used the Schoolhouse DSP!

Timeless Elegance

Aren't these cards gorgeous?  They all feature one of our new designer series papers called Timeless Elegance (item # 138444).  I truly feel the name sums up the cards!  Each one of them is timeless and very elegant.  I love that this paper could be used for almost any occasion!

I look forward to making more using this beautiful and timeless paper- and I hope you do too!

A Whole New World

My kiddo loves mermaids.  She is learning to play, "A Whole New World" on the piano, and had a mermaid party last year for her sixth birthday.  So, as you can imagine, I was not at all surprised to when we decided to paint and decorate her bathroom that she chose a mermaid shower curtain.

So, of course, Mommy wanted something hand made to go in there and I found these super cute and super reasonable frames at IKEA that just screamed for me to make a mermaid!

Here she is!  What do you think?

'Happies'

Don't you love these sweet little candy holders??  We made these at stamp camp last Thursday and we have sweet stamper Lori to thank for her creativity and coordination!  When I give things like these to people, I call them happies!  It is not a big gift, but always brings a smile and makes people happy!  These are just Hershey's nuggets wrappe in DSP and placed in coordinating card stock.  Slip them in a clear bag, tie a ribbon and add a tag, and voila' you have a happy!

We also made this vibrant card at stamp camp!  i swear- all things are better with the bow builder punch!

Thanks again Lori for sharing these adorable projects!

Little Monsters

I made these cute little monsters for some cute little monsters in my family using the Owl Builder Punch! I hope they like them!

The sentiments are from the Amazing Birthday stamp set! I kept this card bright by using tempting turquoise, tangerine tango, cucumber crush and real red on whisper white! All of this is adhered to the base layer which is night of navy!
