It is called Best Thoughts and in addition to the 'You're in My Thoughts' sentiment, it also contains a wonderful sentiment that says, 'The best is yet to come'.
The interior wording comes from another stamp set called Heartfelt Sympathy.
I think what I love most about this stamp set is the flower-hydrangeas are one of my very favorites.
I hope that this reminds the recipient that although there is no escape for grief, he or she is not alone.
